how much does a camp cost?
will my kid be supervised the whole time?
note on junior camps (ages 8–12): the junior camp is non-residential. young swimmers stay with their parents at nearby accommodation (we send hotel recommendations). parents can drop off and pick up daily. this gives the younger kids the full camp experience while staying close to family.
is my swimmer the right level for this?
not sure if your kid is ready? tell us their events and best times on the call and we’ll give you a straight answer.
what if my swimmer is the youngest or shyest one there?
our number one priority is that every swimmer feels comfortable, is having fun, and is genuinely enjoying themselves. because when they do, they learn faster - and that’s a win-win for everyone.

In the first days of camp, every Elite swimmer swims in the hydrodynamic flume channel .. a treadmill for swimmers, filmed above and under water. The 1:1 video review happens the same day: your swimmer sees, frame by frame, exactly what’s adding tenths to every lap. Technique
The pullout was the breakthrough. Timing was late all week, fixed on day 7 with the 2-count drill. Keep it: 3 short underwater sets per week, drills 2 and 4 from this plan.
