The most popular performance swim camp in Europe

Why it works

It's rarely fitness. It's turns, underwaters and what happens on the blocks.

Your swimmer already trains hard. The tenths hide where a club session rarely looks: the walls, the kick off them, and the ten seconds behind the blocks. Ten days here go straight at all three.

01Elite

The flume channel

A treadmill for swimmers, filmed above and under water. Early in camp every Elite swimmer reviews their own footage 1:1, frame by frame. From then on every coach on deck knows exactly what to fix.

0.5sfaster over a 15m underwater kick in 10 days. About 4 seconds off a 200m short course, from the walls alone.

02Elite & Junior

A confidence session, every day

Run by David. Built on a full year with Michael Phelps' sports psychologist at the University of Virginia. Race-day nerves stop being the enemy and start being speed.

The morning mobility session under the gazebo
03Elite & Junior

Mobility and dryland

Spine and ankle mobility as its own daily session. A stiff swimmer moves through the water like a wooden board. Ten days of it and the kick, the streamline and the turns change.

New from Rocktober 2026

The camp lasts 10 days. The Game Plan runs the next 90.

Every coach on deck logs what they see: every start, every turn, every wobble before a hard set. On the last day it becomes one document with your swimmer's name on it, written so their club coach can pick it up on Monday.

TECHNIQUE

The pullout was the breakthrough. Timing fixed on day 7 with the 2-count drill. Keep it: 3 short underwater sets a week.

MINDSET

Nerves before hard sets, gone by day 5. A 4-breath routine on the blocks. Take it to every meet.

MOBILITY

Ankle flexibility is costing her on the underwaters. The 10-minute evening routine, daily for 8 weeks.

It's why the 90-day guarantee works. The PB doesn't depend on the last day of camp going well. It depends on the plan, and every swimmer goes home holding it.

The guarantee · claimed zero times in 4 years

A PB at camp or within 90 days. Or 6 months of coaching, free.

No personal best, and we coach your swimmer inside the Swimpros Academy for six months, free. It's in writing on every camp.

An honest note. About one in five swimmers doesn't PB at camp itself. Ten hard days is a lot, and bodies don't always cooperate. That's why the promise runs 90 days, and why the Game Plan goes home with every swimmer.

The head coach

“I used to choke at nationals. Twelve months later I swam a Swiss record at the Olympics.”

At the University of Virginia I spent a full year with Michael Phelps' sports psychologist. It changed how I raced. That method is what your swimmer gets from me every single day of camp.

And when you get in touch, I'm the one who answers. Not an assistant, not a sales team.

Beyond the stopwatch

Their friends are scrolling. Your swimmer is on the blocks.

An alarm before sunrise. Cold water in the dark. Months of work for a few tenths on a scoreboard. That isn't a hobby. It's the rarest education a kid can get today.

Elite camps

Day one. Every phone in camp, on one towel.

Phones go in the bag for the training day and the night, and come back every evening after dinner to call home. Ten real nights of sleep in a row, and ten days where the only thing competing for their attention is the water.

  • Phones back every evening, every day of camp
  • Schoolwork or a deadline? They keep it. Just tell us
  • Coaches carry their phones 24/7. Call any time

The times fade. Who they became chasing them stays for life.

How booking works

Three steps to a place.

  1. 1

Tell me where to send the details

Twenty seconds: name, email, mobile. You get the dates and the places left, and a personal reply from me.

  2. 2

    A free Swimmer Assessment call

About 15 minutes with me. An honest read on which camp fits, and what would move the needle for your swimmer, whether you book or not.

  3. 3

    Secure the place

A deposit holds it. Kit sizes, forms and a meet-the-group Zoom call follow before camp.

Camps are invite-only. I review every swimmer personally before confirming a place, so the group is always the right fit.

Parent questions

What parents ask me first.

What happens after I ask for the dates?
You get the camp dates and the places left, then a personal reply from me with an honest read on which camp actually fits your swimmer. Then a short Swimmer Assessment call, not a pitch. Most parents call it the most useful 15 minutes they spent before camp.
How much does a camp cost?
Every package is built around the swimmer: which camp, residential or not, how many days. So there's no single price on this page. Ask me in your first message and I'll give you the figure for your swimmer, then we go through it on the call.
Is my swimmer the right level?
These are performance camps for competitive swimmers who train and race, not learn-to-swim. Elite is ages 13 to 20, Junior 8 to 12. Swimmers train in groups matched by age and level. Tell me their events and best times and I'll give you a straight answer.
Will my kid be supervised the whole time?
Yes. On residential Elite camps it's 24/7: a coach in the water every session, staff with the group at the pool and at meals, and coaches living in the same athletes-only residence. Lights out is enforced. Junior camps are non-residential, so your swimmer is with the coaches from drop-off to pick-up and with you in between.
What if my swimmer is the youngest or shyest one there?
The most common worry, and the easiest to answer. Every swimmer is paired by age before arrival, and the group meets on a Zoom call before camp, so there are familiar faces on day one. By day two they don't want to go home.
Can I reach my kid during camp?
Yes. Phones come back every evening after dinner. And every evening I send you a WhatsApp with a photo and a one-line update, so you see them whether they call or not.
What if they get sick or injured?
There's a partner clinic 8 minutes from the venue in both Tenerife and Mallorca, with English-speaking doctors. Travel insurance is mandatory. We handle the logistics and you get the call.

Ten days in Tenerife

A personal best. And a kid who knows they can do hard things.

These messages come to my own phone, not an inbox someone else checks. Some days I'm on pool deck and slow to reply. I always come back.
