Who I am

I'm David Karasek — a Swiss Olympic finalist, national record holder in the 200m individual medley, and the founder of Swimpros.

I raced at the highest level, but the thing that held me back on the biggest days wasn't fitness or technique — it was the mental game. That's exactly what I now coach. Swimpros exists to give the next generation of competitive swimmers the psychological tools I wish I'd had: how to handle nerves, race to a plan, and perform when it actually counts.

We run elite performance camps in Tenerife and Mallorca with a hand-picked coaching roster — including Olympic medallist Milorad Čavić and hydrodynamics coach Peter Mankoč — plus a year-round online mental-performance program. It's become Europe's most popular performance swim camp right now, and I personally review every swimmer before a spot is confirmed.
